1. Go to 2Dos on the Purple Mash homepage.
2. Find the 2Do that you wish to close/delete and click the Close button. You can close several 2Dos at once by selecting them and clicking the Close Selected button. Shift or Ctrl select also works and you can use “Select All” to close them all in one go.
3. Once this has been clicked, you will be presented with the dialogue below. If you click ‘Ok’, the 2Do will be closed and any work completed will be sent to the ‘Done 2Dos’ folder in the pupils ‘My Work’ folders. See image beneath:

Any scores in the 2Dos Section of the Data Dashboard will be removed. This is because the 2Dos Section of the Data Dashboard only shows current/open 2Dos. See image beneath. The scores from 2Dos will all be found in the scores section of Data Dashboard.

If you create a 2Do by mistake you can delete this by using the ‘Delete the 2Do’ checkbox. See image beneath.
If you delete the 2Do then all work that has been completed by pupils on the 2Do will be deleted.
